At MyTeeSpot, we are dedicated to customer service.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, all unwashed and unworn products may be returned to MyTeeSpot for a full refund or exchange for an item of the same value within 60 days of receipt. (Customers outside of US and Canada may return for a full refund or store credit) You may ship your return using any method you wish, but we suggest using a method with insurance and tracking to ensure that your return gets to us.
Returns must be received in their original condition. We do not accept returns for products that have been washed, worn, or dried in a dryer, smell of perfume, or have been damaged by the customer in any way.
Please fill out the form on the back of the invoice you received with your purchase and include it with your return.
What happens when you receive my return?
Returns will be processed by the end of the day, the day they are received. We will either credit you or process your exchange as requested, and you will receive an email notification the minute your return is processed.
What if I receive a damaged/incorrect item?
At MyTeeSpot, we personally inspect each item for flaws in order to ensure that your order is shipped in perfect condition. If you do receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us before you send your return to ensure that you are reimbursed appropriately.
