Why can't I choose expedited shipping?
|

UPS Ground is a fast shipping method, and in some cases arrives faster than more expensive shipping methods. If you cannot choose UPS 2nd day air, for example, it is because UPS Ground gets it there at least as fast, guaranteed!

Do you require a signature on delivery?
|

We do not require a signature on our orders. However, UPS is responsible for the safe delivery of your package. The UPS driver may require a signature if he/she feels that it is unsafe to leave the package at your door.

Do you accept money orders?
|

We strongly suggest paying by credit card or paypal if that is an option, but we can accept money orders. Please email us at info@myteespot.com with the product IDs of the items you are looking to purchase along with the sizes you need and your complete shipping address. We will respond shortly with further instructions.

While going through checkout, my card did not go through, but I see a charge on my statement. What happened?

Please be assured that you have not been charged! What you are seeing is called an "authorization" or "pending transaction", which means your bank has put a hold on the funds, but they have not been transferred to us. We ONLY charge you for what we ship, and any other authorizations expire- usually after three to five business days. Once the authorizations expire, your bank releases the funds back into your account.
Authorizations for orders that cannot be processed are standard across the ecommerce industry, as they are an unfortunate result of the way banks process orders placed on the internet. When the credit card information is sent to the bank, it first checks to make sure that the funds are available in your account. If there are sufficient funds, it places a hold on them, and then proceeds to verify other information (e.g. your billing address). If this information does not match what the bank has on file, the order is not processed, and the authorization expires in around three to five business days. If all of the security information matches, the order is processed, you receive an invoice, and we transfer the funds at a later time- once the order has been shipped.

How can I track my package?
|

A tracking number is not assigned until your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number is included in the email that is sent to you. Please note that it may take several hours for your package to be scanned into the shipper's system.
IF YOU CREATED A USERNAME/PASSWORD: Click on "Sign In" in the upper left hand corner of the screen and log in. Once you are logged in, click on "My Account" in the upper left hand corner of the screen, and then click the search button on the next page. Choose the order you are looking to track, scroll down, and click the "Track It!" button. This will take you directly to the tracking page for your shipping method.
UPS: You may contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS or go to UPS.com. Please have your tracking number ready.
USPS: Please go to usps.com and enter your tracking number where it says "Track & Confirm"
FedEx: Please go to Fedex.com and enter your tracking number.

I have not received my order yet. What happened?

The most common reasons are as follows:
Your package is still in transit. Please track your package to check on its status. You may also call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS with your tracking number for more information.
Your order was never processed. When your order is processed correctly, an invoice is displayed on screen and emailed to the address provided. If you never received an invoice, then we probably never received your order. Please give us a call at 1-866-585-9995, and we will be very happy to help you make sure your order goes through properly.
Your order was never shipped. Please check your email, including your junk email. If there is a problem with your order and we can't ship it, we will send you an email to let you know.

How do I know which size to order?

Check our size chart to determine the
right size. If you are still unsure, try measuring a shirt you already own, and compare
it to our listed sizes.
|

What material are your shirts made of?
|
| |
All of our standard t-shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Our sheer shirts are generally a 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend, but may also be 100% soft cotton. Our hoodies are 80% cotton, 20% polyester.

I see an item I like, but you don't have my size. Will it come back in stock?

On each product page there should be a link that says "Don't see your size? Click here". Clicking on this link takes you to a page where you may enter your email address and choose the size you are looking for and you will be notified if and when your size comes in stock.
PLEASE NOTE: At MyTeeSpot we carry many discontinued and hard-to-find items. As a result, some of our items may never be produced in the size you are looking for. We strongly suggest buying a similar item instead if that was an option you were considering. Please click here to search for shirts in your size.

I had some items in my cart, but now my cart is empty. What happened?

Your shopping cart information is stored in what is called a "session". A session is only stored temporarily. When the session "resets", the shopping cart is emptied. The most common reasons that your session would reset are:
Your internet browser window was closed. When the window is closed, you are no longer on our site. The session ends, and the shopping cart empties.
You were idle for too long. If you do not take any action on our site for an hour or more, your session ends, and your cart is emptied.
If you are a little confused, think about it like you are at a physical, brick and mortar store. If you fill up a shopping cart and then leave the store without checking out, someone will empty your cart back onto the shelves. If you leave your cart unattended for a very long period of time, even if you are still inside the store, the store will usually assume the cart has been abandoned, and they will empty its contents..
